Phone calls

Just joined and can't make a phone call. Would appreciate any advice to resolve

I spent ages trying to resolve the problem. In the end I went to Tesco phone shop and asked for help. It literally took 2 minutes. He checked my sim card first and then turned the power off and switched it back on and it was working. I hope this works for you too.
