    I requested an ESim migration for Friday 12th Dec and I was given someone else’s number. Support on Monday said would be fixed in 24 hours. It’s now 72 hours. No communication from Lebara. So frustrating

    Just a quick one, this is a user community. Not customer service. The aim is that customers help customers, assisted by moderation.
    As I understand how frustrating a system glitch can be, best is to be in touch with customer service directly. I hope it gets resolved soon for you.
