Logging in to Lebara app

When I try to logging in,(iPhone 16 pro latest software) using saved username and password it will only put in the password and not the username.
Also my username is a keyboard shortcut but it doesn’t work either.
I can get into the app but it’s frustrating.
lastly why does it ask if I want to enable push notifications every time, is there a way to stop that?

Any help would be be appreciated, app and online doesn’t accept email address when logging in.
Message is “Please enter an e-mail address”
using iPhone and iPad latest iOS software and using passwords which have always worked on every login
