my daughter has lost her phone with the lebara sim in, using the above link we get to a page with step 1, step 2, step 3 on but no way to proceed further as the page basically doesn't have anything on it. we cannot cancel payments, order a replacement or basically do anything except continue paying for something we cannot use because we dont have the phone the OTP is being sent to.
