Conference calling and Missed Call SMS alerts please?

Hi, I'm surprised that neither of the above two essential services are available on Lebara, even though most other MVNOs as well as Vodafone have them? Please can this be solved ASAP as I would port out to get these services back e.g. I miss important calls when I lose signal on the Tube etc and people don't leave Voicemails.
