Received the email to set up wifi calling and 4g volte calling. WiFi call toggle worked but no option to turn on 4g calling. Followed link in the email and entered my IMIE in the Vodafone web site. It responded with "can't find device". What do I do now?

I looked into this further unfortunately your Motorola phone doesn't seem to have bypass code. If you have Xiaomi phone etc you can get it to bypass carrier check and enable. Unless Vodafone/ lebara add carrier support for phone for 4g calling I don't think you can enable on that model

Lebara have a whitelist for what devices can and can't be used, I would link it, but I can't find it

Hi, were you able to get 4g calling setup on your phone? I have same phone and same issue.

                Hi browndg
Unfortunately not. WiFi calls ok but no toggle for 4g calling. I could not find my phone on the compatible devices list and support would not commit to getting the necessary codes from Vodafone. However it has not caused me a problem.
                Regards

Hi there, I have a Google pixel 10 Pro which I think should be compatible. I've had the email and text relating to volte but the option is not present under the sim settings. Is there anything I am missing to enable this. Only recently switched to lebara but they text and emailed this morning.
