Number of rings prior to voicemail kicks in

I am having trouble with answering my phone before voicemail kicks in. It only rings three times then goes to voicemail, which is more often than not too short and I then have to call the person back. It's a real pain. Any suggestions?

Where the SS is the number of seconds you want the phone to ring for. You are restricted to 30 secs on the Lebara (Vodafone) network.
