    Hi I've a new contract and SIM, my old number has been ported over as that's the one on the app but I have no connection through the SIM at all, any ideas thanks

    Belleshouse I'd suggest restarting your device and if that fails to connect your SIM then you will need to contact customer support so they can take a look and see whats happened with the porting process.
