I have a SOYES XS16 and have not been able to use roaming in Portugal. despite following Lebara's text advice to alter the APN, the APN page details can not be altered. Is that the phone or the sim. Cheers John

johnw1 I am tearing my hair out trying to get roaming in Spain. I want to TALK to someone. So much for customer service!
