    Purchased a roaming plan for my 14 year old daughter who was going to new york with her school so that she could call us or contact use in case of emergencies. she arrived in new york and she had no service whatsoever. so she contacted us via wifi we then contacted lebara who were very unhelpful. they said they would send the settings to her phone but shes never going to receive them as she has no service so they basically told me a set of instruction which i knew wouldnt work as i have previously worked in the mobile industry for 4 years we tried this anyway and it didnt work. i then noticed that data has been taken from her normal plan not her roaming plan when she has no way of using any data and aske how they were going to sort this and was met with avoidance. dont trust lebara no matter how cheap they are its not worth the stress and upset.
