eSIM

Hello
I have recently joined Lebara on an eSIM for Apple IPhone Air.

its all going smoothly however I never get 4G. I get 5G or LTE. I have read up and it seems LTE is halfway between 3G (now being deactivated) and 4G.
Can anyone help? Hoping it’s a settings thing.

This is an interesting on tarrant, have you tested this at different locations in case it's just happening where you are? You can also check the 4G coverage on Lebara's coverage checker.

I have - I work all over the country.

i live in Bognor Regis and currently in Bedford.

5G or LTE…

I moved across from Lebara sim to eSIM about a month ago. Since then my wife who is also in Lebara can’t phone me and I also can’t receive phone calls from Vodafone mobiles. It seems as though there are issues with esim? Despite a few calls to the helpdesk no resolution. I do get 5G or LTE based on area.
