    Poor customer services and keep getting robbed off regarding my port in request. Originally started Monday 02/02 @ 13.30 ish I lost service and it’s now 04/02 11.20 and only got internet I can call out and text but unable to receive
    both text or phone services. Only to be told to wait a further 48 hours without any ongoing updates


    disappointing and now regretting changing from Vodafone themselves

    I'm having the same issues porting a number in with no service for over 24 hours. Did you get this resolved?

      Yes I did get it resolved. But it did take 3 days to sort
