My Portin hasn’t worked - it does outgoing calls but nothing coming in (number unobtainable ) - Lebara says they have “a network outage problem” - anyone else got this problem?
My number was due to port on Monday. I lost service from my old provider on Monday morning, but Lebara didn't get service up and running until Tuesday lunchtime. Despite that, I'm now on day 3 with no incoming calls and texts.
I've contacts Customer Service, but they can't find any reason for the fault, so I just have to wait
