Help sending texts

why are some of my texts not sending and I cant message family in the Isle of Man, any help appreciated

The Isle of Man is not part of the UK Lesraymo so that might have something to do with your issue. What happens when you try to send a text to someone based there?

Martin my texts just won't send and I can't phone then either, I think my setting are wrong because I also have problems with the odd text in this country, I get a message "do you want to sent SMS or MMS" sometheng like that, I'm just not very tech I'm afraid, thanks for your advice lesley

Isle of man costs money to send. You will need to top up account. It's not part of free allowances.
Mms is also not free and requires top up.
