I transferred my phone number from EE to Lebara on 26 January 2026 or so I thought, only to find I cannot receive incoming calls or messages. I phoned EE to find the transfer is still pending with them. I have tried to explain this to Lebara Customer Services, but they don't seem to understand what I require.
