Sky Pac code not valid

Hi,
I'm trying to request a number transfer from Sky. But when I put the Pac code in to the Lebara transfer page it states it either not valid or out of date. As I only got the code from Sky a couple of days ago, it's not out of date.
What should I do?

just to confirm smlyons29, you have your Lebara SIM already and requested a PAC code from Sky which is showing as invalid when entered on Lebara's website?
