Since about 5-6 days now , I keep losing connection while on the move , call is fine but no internet. I need to toggle aeroplane mode to get connected again and after awhile it will lose it's connection again. It's like when you move from one cell tower to another it will not automatically reconnect. If I stay still in an area it's fine.
I have been on esim for almost 3 months, no issues til now. Having said that I just noticed that all that time I don't have 5G even tho cos cs formed that it's enabled . If I switch to a physical SIM (Lebara of another account) I pick up 5G right away. Just not happening with the esim.
    I use a pixel 6.
CS sucks, keep asking me to check this and that and we know full darn well that it's there end (which they do not admit) as nothing has changed in my phone. Didn't even touch any settings

Firebb this does sound like a hardware issue rather than something to do with the network. If there was a network issue we would have multiple reports of the same issue and that's not the case.

Are you able to test your SIM in another phone along the same journey to see if you you can replicate the signal drop off?

      Hi Martin.
Well I figured out what it is and yes and no about it being hardware related.
The timing is about right that occurred since last week (still ongoing) that three and Vodafone has started their mocn roll out. The pixel basically cannot cope with the switches . However before that the phone works absolutely fine with the current set up.
So yes it's hardware but then the root of it is also what Vodafone had done.
Again these issues, no matter how many times I called, the CS is never able to tell me. Meaning the customers themselves have to find their own solutions and the providers just won't help. 😭

OK, thanks for the additional information Firebb. What I'll do is check with the team to see if there aware of any issues similar to yours in relation to the MCON roll out. It shouldn't be affecting your connectivity.

While I wait for a response please have a look at the network status checker to ensure there are no issues in your area.
