Am travelling Singapore and New Zealand and paid for add ins whilst travelling. My phone requires QR code to activate eSIM which did not come with confirmation email.
contacted customer service and told need to still be on UK to activate eSIM.
Is this correct?I Am getting emails asking me if I want to extend period that my supposed eSIM should cover.Currently feeling very disappointed with Lebara and thinking of changing when back in UK
