Scam text reporting

The usual 7726 number isn't recognised on my android phone.
I want to report repeat scam texts (no number available 🤷♀️)
Strike Wild (casinos) 🤢
Any advice out there?

Could be a phone issue as works for me.
Or you have it disabled on phone because it thinks it's a premium text number.

I've asked the team to check this for you BearCat2025 just in case there are any issues on Lebara's end.

Hey BearCat2025 I've heard back and there are no issues with the spam reporting number on the Lebara side. We are getting reports from that number and it's not been blocked for any device or customers. If you can't use the number then you can get in contact with customer support so they can investigate.

BearCat2025 & @Martin I've been experiencing the same thing. I’ve received scam texts repeatedly, and I want to block and report them. However, their numbers don’t show up, so I can’t report them to 7726. I called Lebara customer support, but the reception was really poor. They just told me to use 7726, which I did, but then a list of spam numbers came up, and I couldn’t tell which ones to report, so they are not much help to me. I'm using an Android/Samsung device. Is anyone else facing this issue? Am I doing something wrong, or is this a problem with my phone?

I just kept forwarding to 7726 - I now don't get any texts (no number available to block on my 'phone, either 🤷♀️)
Really annoying and frustrating to deal with.
I've also reported to Ofcom, as nothing would stop the texts.
