IS the Lebara System down?

I am trying to activate a new SIM but I am not receiving the verification code SMS message.
The phone has been rebooted and the signal is showing full strength.

Just got my SIM and having same issue - can't link number to account as no verification text being received by phone despite it working and getting a signal.

There are not any ongoing outages or issues benchan, Whovian. I would suggest getting in touch with customer support for help.

Eventually managed to get the text through OK thanks and all set up.
