Porting from Gifgaff

I finally had it up to here with Giffgaff. I kept getting weird dial tones when calling my friend who lives ten minutes from me.
My question is: has anyone had any complications when porting away from Giffgaff? I started the process at 3pm today, and it says it should be completed by 11/02/2026, so I’m guessing there shouldn’t be any issues.

Martin I am having an issue actually I am not getting my banking otp sms for my online banking, your customer service said this was a site wide issue with sms is that the case?
