On the 28th of March, 4 topup payments come off my account without my knowledge. I quickly ask the bank to reverse. Someone from Lebara calls and assures it will be reversed and apologises. The very person asks me to verify the details and is able to read the last digits. Obviously, he has access. I refuse. No-one wants to listen and reason out that since I have a running plan, why would I topup having not used the data and calls and with only 2 days left to renew the plan.
Next, the line is stopped and I have to pay 17GBP as a fine for asking my bank to stop. Payment is to Lebara. No-one seems to listen to what happened and investigate. Should we not ask our banks to reverse these payments?. Very frustrated
