Hi everyone,
If your about to become a Lebara customer but want to keep your existing number the process has never been easier! It only takes a few steps to move your number over and get started with Lebara.
You'll need a PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) from your existing mobile provider, to obtain your PAC code simply text 65075 from your existing mobile network SIM (non-Lebara) or request it via your current provider's app, website, or customer service.
The next step is to activate your Lebara SIM, all you need to do is pop the SIM into an unlocked handset, make sure you keep a note of the phone number which can be found on the SIM packaging.
The final step is to fill in this form on the Lebara website, making sure you have your Lebara number and PAC code to hand and your existing number will be transferred to your new Lebara plan!
It's a simple process, however if you have any questions let us know in the comments below.
