Short Term Package Change?

Hi All,
In April I will be going on a 2 week holiday, where I am going may not have the best wi-fi.
Currently I am on a small data package, but for those 2 weeks I am going to need to use more data than normal, more than likely.
If when I get there and find the wi-fi is not good enough, can I just upgrade my package to an unlimited data one for the 2 weeks I am there and then reduce when I am back home or would I need to change it at the start of the month and then change it again when I get back?

I am going to Skegness, and the only add on's for data are 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB, I will need unlimited for the time I am away.

I am looking at a 30 day sim card from IDMobile or Three for £20 for one month and then a little 4g Mobile Router unless Lebara can offer the service to increase my tariff for one month and then drop it back down the next month.

The Data only sim and mobile router is going to cost me almost 20% (£120) of my monthly income.
