Lebara have not changed their deals for many months. There are some far better offerings out there now why haven't Lebara updated theirs?
For instance, ID mobile have unlimited data for £15 - why is Lebara's still £25?

It is true. Also unlimited calls to EU is far too expemsive and voice quality is far behind the requirements. Spusu mobile provides 500 free mins to EU in all their packages and much better monthly price! Please decrease 20£ package to £15.

I have just been contacted by a Lebara representative, and I signed up to a new deal competitive with any other offering. 12 months at £12 a month. Very happy, but what a ride to get here. There needs to be an easier way to access representatives with the ability to do custom deals.
      Very happy vegemite now.

I think it's very unfair that existing customers get much worse deals than new ones. It seems crazy that you'd need to leave Lebara and come back as a new customer to get the best offers. Why not reward loyalty?

Barfly Yeah, their Customer Service is hard work. I find it much easier and stress free just to move providers. They won't miss me but if everybody thought and did the same thing .........

I was thinking of leaving lebara and asked for a pac code. shortly after I was contacted by lebara customer service asking why I was leaving, I said that I could get a better deal from another provider and they then matched it, so stayed with lebara. If you dont ask you dont get

So the consensus here seems to be that Lebara only start to care about existing customers when they say they are leaving...pretty sad state of affairs and not exactly stellar service is it?
It has been proven that existing customers are more valuable than any possible new ones attracted by advertising. So what is the reason, the driving force behind marketing departments weird disdain for existing customers? It makes no sense to me whichever way I look at it. It certainly doesn't make any sort of commercial sense.
I am bemused, befuddled and confused by this very odd behaviour by marketeers; it's not just Lebara it's all across the telecoms (and insurance)industry.

Thanks all for sharing your feedback! We understand the concern. Like most networks, we run introductory offers to attract new customers, but we regularly review our plans to make sure existing customers continue to get great value too. If you see a plan that suits your needs better, reach out to our team and they will see what they can do for you.

....... Yet Lebara are unable to make one single task of removing a sim card from my account (I have 2) and allocating it to a new account my wife was looking to set up in her name. With acts like that, no wonder they are losing customers.
