Poor mobile signal

I moved from Sky (O2) to Lebara (voda)
partly because the O2 signal was so poor, but the voda signal is worse! I have tried to raise the issue with Lebara but they remain silent on the issue. I can’t even receive texts reliably. Lebara should be taking it up with Vodafone on my behalf. It’s not as if I live in a remote area either.

Have you checked the coverage for the area on Vodafone site.

I have, yes. It says 3G available indoors which is certainly not the case.

3g network is shutdown not sure why it says that.

You’re right -it’s been updated. It now says 4G good outside.
