Yes but your talking about signing up to uk version and using it there means roaming for many months most uk networks dont allow this there is a maximum time away from home network / usage.
They will eventually cut your services off i suspect as your not meant to use the roaming as permanent as you live there
Sign up for Lebara spain not uk and you will be fine.

The 120-Day "Stability" Rule
To prevent "permanent roaming," Lebara monitors your location over a rolling 120-day (4-month) period.- The Rule: Your usage and presence in the UK must be greater than your usage and presence in the EU.
- The Consequence: If you spend more than 60 days abroad within a 120-day window and your roaming usage exceeds your UK usage, Lebara will send you a warning.
- The Grace Period: You usually get 14–15 days after the warning to change your usage pattern (i.e., return to the UK). If you don't, they will apply surcharges to all further roaming usage.
3. Calls and Texts
- Included: Minutes and texts to UK numbers and local numbers within the EU country you are visiting are included in your plan.
- International Minutes: If your plan includes international minutes to specific countries (like India), you can typically use these while roaming in the EU to call those destinations.
4. Key Surcharges (If Fair Use is Exceeded)
If you breach the 120-day rule or exceed your 30GB cap, the following rates typically apply:
| Service | Estimated Surcharge |
| :--- | :--- |
| Data | 0.20p per MB (£2 per GB) |
| Outgoing Calls | 0.04p per second (approx. 2.4p/min) |
| Incoming Calls | 0.01p per second (approx. 0.6p/min) |
| Texts | 0.8p per SMS |
