Hello Lebara Community. I'm having a problem getting my voicemail switched off and I would appreciate your help. I have tried 1210 numerous times. I get informed that my voicemail is switched off, but it doesn't actually get switched off. I have contacted (and spoken) to customer services twice to get it switched off. I am then assured that my VM will be switched off after several hours, but it doesn't get switched off. I want it switched off and I would be grateful to the community for help in this matter.
