Help Getting My Voicemail Turned Off

Hello Lebara Community. I'm having a problem getting my voicemail switched off and I would appreciate your help. I have tried 1210 numerous times. I get informed that my voicemail is switched off, but it doesn't actually get switched off. I have contacted (and spoken) to customer services twice to get it switched off. I am then assured that my VM will be switched off after several hours, but it doesn't get switched off. I want it switched off and I would be grateful to the community for help in this matter.

Mycal1 you should get in contact with customer support for assistance with your voicemail issue.

With Reference to voicemail, it’s in possible to turn voicemail off from my end, I have contacted customer support on many occasions this week.
with no avail.
every day Lebara ring me, but no one is ever at the other end of the phone to talk to.
was told they can’t put me through to complaints department. Why?

I have finally managed to get my VM switched off, but it took a while to organise.
