UK Data, even added extra but no internet

The Lebara Internet even in the city like Jalandhar shows no Internet connection. I tried to call my wife also UK lebara subscriber hoping to use international minutes. The message received: not registered on network. I couldn't use Google Map travelling between Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur. Anyone with similar experience? Any solution?

I got a message from Lebara to add APN and save the settings. It works now, panic over. It was a bit tricky, in terms of finding the dialogue box to add the APN etc. On my phone it was under Access Point under connections setting.
