Cannot receive calls

Have just joined and got my pac from EE and should be switching today . This morning no plan showing but a message to manage mobile no showing the number I want to keep , so clicked on that . Put lebara sim in and called husbands phone . Ok but cannot receive calls just get my voicemail message. Anyone else had this problem ?
