I am new to Lebara and not at all techy! I have inserted my SIM card and can make calls but any incoming calls go straight to Voicemail without my phone ringing. I have Samsung Galaxy A21S. Can anyone help me?

GoldenOldie As a first step try disabling your voicemail to see if that makes a difference. You can manage it by calling 121. More information here. Let me know how you get on and we can go from there.
