    Hello, I have just changed my service provider to lebara and changed mobile numbers. I was able to send text messages yesterday and today it wont allow me to send a text message and says "service not activated on network"
    I have unlimited text and calls.. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE 🙏

      We just started getting the same error when sending messages outside of the Lebara network. MMS provisioning and APN settings are correct/unchanged. Got any ideas?

        Also my Internet is really bad. When I activated my sim card it came up how to activate my Internet but the message had disappeared? Can you help with this also plsase? Thank you 😊

          Can someone call me please. Im having to spend money on a long text message still. I thought i was paying for a sim card which had everything included. It didn't say I needed to spend money when i send a long text message... this is causing me grief. I thought i was switching to a good network. Can someone help???

          Also my Internet is not great either 😕

                Ive gone with another service provider now. As yourselves have not lived up to what I expected. Can you refund me my top money please. I will not be paying any outstanding fee as yous have been absolutely diabolical
