    Just switched to Lebara, ported my number from previous network but not receiving calls on my new sim.

    Portin may not have been correctly done. A few of us in February were in the same boat. Personally, it took around 10 days and endless times in chat box with support and another portin. Got there in the end but I understand the situation completely.

      I'd suggest getting in contact with customer support for assistance Fenaloni. They will be able to check the status of your port and sort out any issues that may have occurred.
