Redeem Referral reward

Hi
Anyone else had an issue with redeem Referral reward (after having received an email from them )?
Followed the instructions and does not work.
They referred me to the Rewards 3rd party and they said they can't help.

Received the email from lebara about 3 weeks ago with process on how to redeem.
Advice appreciated!

Through investigating this, i hvve now found how to do it... so thanks for responding. should be sorted now

So what did you actually need to do to collect your referral rewards?
I've referred 2 friends so far. Do they put the cash in your bank or do you have to use them buying extras via your Labera account?

I still have same problem any advice greatly received. My dad has had same problem. We have refreshed browser cleared cache still doesn't work.

It's somewhere on the dropdown on your email address (top right corner)/. click on email & try different sections.
I tried attaching screenshots but it was saying i was using to omany characters... so cant im afraid..
