I haven't had a reply but today I got a private message from a "junior member" asking me to contact their team.. I am assuming this is not official and is some sort of scam/ private individual trying to sell support?

And how do I find out if it is approved or get it approved? I cant see why it wouldn't be- and why would they send a message saying it was enabled if my phone isn't approved?

I did- entered my IMEI and it said something like my details hadnt yet been added, but that it should work wirh my phone. I can set my phone to 4g preferred.. is that all I need to do? I have no other options after that.

Well that was very helpful actually because reading through those links it said it should be enabled by default..and if you turn off WiFi call someone and you see HD, then it means it's enabled..so I did, and it did!
