Eu roaming

I’m on a 5GB monthly sim only deal and I’ve been using it in Spain for the last 5 weeks. Had a message from Lebara saying I have exceeded their fair usage policy? I thought fair usage was 30GB? Can someone please confirm this as they have stopped my roaming facility altogether despite having only just renewed my monthly top up.

I have also tried emailing Lebara on 3 separate occasions but have not had a single reply from them.

You only have 5gb data you don't get 30gb. You also been in Spain over 5 weeks. You can't use as permanently roaming needs to be about the same as uk usage or less. When did you sign up
