Roaming in Australia

The SIM I've bought clearly states on the website that roaming is available at mo extra charge in Australia where I'm headed in 2 days. When I look at other posts, Australia is not referred to as being included in EU roaming and I just don't want a nasty surprise when I arrive! Can you confirm I won't incur charges roaming in Australia as long as I stick to my 30gb data limit please?

Australia is not included not sure where you got that. Its Eu and india only free roaming.
Only Australia is mentioned as international calling destination from Uk in included international minutes.

Sorry I’m still not clear. I’m off to Aus and have spare data and call minutes so why do I need to buy an add on?

Yes as roaming is not free in Australia im not sure where people got this free roaming idea for that country.
In UK you get free international minutes to call Australia but that is it.
