    I now have a Galaxy A36 to replace my Galaxy A41.

    The A41 let me send messages of any length but the A36 restricts me. When trying to send longer messages I receive 'Message not sent :service not activated on network'.

    RCS is turned on and Lebara has been my network provider throughout. Samsung say it's a Lebara problem

    How do I resolve this issue please? Thank you.

      Hi SuffolkCanary - which app are you using for your messaging - the default Samsung app or something different (such as Google Messages)?
      Other things to check could include:
      * is your SIM activated?
      * is your SMS configuration correct
      * try the sim in a different phone to see if the problem persists there
      * if you're still struggling with this, reach out to our support team who should be able to work through this with you... details on this link
      Let us know how you get on,
      Nick

        Hi Nick
        Thank you for your very helpful response.
        I'm a complete technophobe but my son is a techie whizz. He was here last evening and checked everything you suggested which was all fine. The only point he made was that the default message app is Galaxy and having briefly installed the Samsung version I intend to stay with Google Messages.
        Thank you for providing the link to the support team which I think will be my next move. I'll let you know the outcome.
