Where to find this page?

All I have is a screenshot of this page from the 7th of December however I have tried to look for it recently and I can no longer find it
I only want to find it because my oppo find X9 Pro cannot get voice over LTE on lebara and I find it comical not they blame it on the manufacturer when it is not a manufacturer problem as I get voice over LTE on different operators

I do hope that's support comes to more devices in future as I would like to come back to Lebara however I can't because I currently have an oppo find X9 pro, which apparently doesn't support v-o-lte on Lebara. However it does on 1p mobile, smarty, Giffgaff etc

What is the reason for the white list? Is it due to the rumoured move over to EE that's your trying to limit the amount of devices on the new IMS core?
