Wifi Calling - Moto G8 Plus

Hi - I would love to have wifi calling enabled. Signal isn't great where we live.
I signed up thinking it would work fine with Moto G8+.
But whatever I do I can't seem to get it going.
I thought my phone was incompatible. But - I just inserted another SIM in and it's allowing WIFI calling using that SIM.
Is there anything on the Lebara end that needs to be set?
Help appreciated.

I would contact lebara support but suspect it's because your phone isn't on Vodafone approved list. Maybe Lebara can advise.
