I've got credit on my account but no data!!

When I text B20GB to 38885 it tells me I have no credit but there's £30 on there!
How do I get hold of someone who can resolve this because I need to get data before I can leave the house or I can't use my phone?

What am I doing wrong?

Also, how do I get hold of Lebara CS?
Be nice to speak with a human who can get this resolved!!
