Locked SIM

Hi. I've accidently locked my SIM. How can I unlock it please.

Hi MarkB69, you will likely be asked for your PUK code - you should be able to find this by logging in to your My Lebara account and looking under Settings. Please be careful and don't guess - you usually get 10 attempts before the sim is permanently locked. I'm about to abandon this provider; it doesn't have coverage in most areas of North London.

Check the Vodafone coverage map see what it shows but with Vodafone+three merger signal will be much better
