So this complicated...to me anyway!
I bought my son a personalised mobile telephone number. The seller put it on an 02 SIM card which already had a number on. That was not activated in time but 02 issued a PUK and that end of resolved.
I am now trying to port in to Lebara and keep the personalised number. O2 have finally sent a PAC code but when I try it it is invalid. This is the case if I try it with the original number on the SIM card and the personalised one.
I have spent hours and hours trying to sort this and I am making no progress. Any assistance at all would be very gratefully received!
