I am in my 80's and not highly knowledgeable about IT and hope someone can advise on my query.
At present both my wife and I have a 30 day Sim only plan each and each have an account.
I want to change both plans to a 5GB 12 Month contract and have just the one account.
If I can do this could someone be kind enough to walk me through the procedure.
I tried Lebara chat but the agent didn't appear to understand what I wanted.
