Initial set up help please

    New to Lebara and really struggling with the initial setup. The online chat help didn’t have the same menus as I have which was challenging. They told me to set the APN to Vodafone whereas Lebara welcome text said to set it to Lebara. Problem I have is when I try and call mobiles the calls just fail. When people ring me i get a message saying x rang and left a message but I don’t show any missed call and ringing 121 to get the message just fails.
    I may have saved £10 a month but now don’t have a functioning phone outside of any wifi zone! Support has been really poor.
    Has anyone got a link to what the setup should be for an iPhone 16e including all the options???

    Hey BobbyT - have you seen this page about setting up and using the iPhone 16? There's some good info that might help in the early sections...
    Also, this page suggests that the APN should be Lebara related for mobile data. Worth a try...

      Thanks but that’s all about a new phone. I need to know what to do when you move to Lebara. TBH, this is getting on my nerves now and I’m beginning to understand why Lebara is so cheap, there is very little support to deal with issues. I’m thinking “Community” is just well meaning amateurs like me. I wouldn’t listen to me giving advice on phones. How do I get to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about??
