I received an automated Lebara message advising:
Your data is scheduled to renew on 17/03/2026. You will be charged £1.85 using your registered payment method tomorrow at 7:00 AM (GMT).
I therefore duly used up all my data before 7am this morning.
I then received this message:
We have successfully collected payment for the renewal of your Lebara SIM only plan. The plan will apply from midnight.
This effectively leaves me with no data for today.
The language feels misleading, and I don't know what to do as I require a very small amount of data today.
Has anyone any experience of this, or advice?
