How do I set up voice Mail?

just moved to Lebara and cant get the voicemail to work. ive tried 1211 and 121 and 1210 and nothing. ive just spoken to customer services who were very unhelpful and said i needed to speak to the maker of the phone, one plus. i never had this problem with EE. can someone please help me?

Me too! Never had this problem with other providers.
I just tried option #1 after dialling 121 and was informed that the service would be activated in "- hours". 🙏🏻

OK great news PamG3! Did you do anything to fix or did it start working on it's own?

The only thing I did differently this time was try option 1 instead of option 2. It wasn't until a few hours later that I remembered about it because I had a voicemail message, so I'm guessing I was just trying the wrong option all along 🤦
