My phone rings three times then goes to Voicemail. I want to extend this time as it is too short and I miss calls. How do I do this?

To extend the ring time on Lebara, dial **61*121*11*XX# and press the call button, replacing "XX" with your desired time in seconds (e.g., 30 for maximum time).

I’ve tried this several times and it won’t extend my iPhone to 30 seconds, I’ve also tried the gsm code and tried turning off WiFi calling as advised by others . What else can I do, it’s rather frustrating, working in noisy environments maybe Lebara isn’t for us, if we can’t extend ring time

I just turned my voicemail off and the phone now continues to ring until the caller ends the call or I answer it. The caller can always ring back and I can ring them back if I miss their call. It stops me rushing to answer the phone.
I have never felt more stress free since turning voicemail off.

To turn voicemail off dial 1210.

To turn it back on dial 1211

There are other reasons to turn voicemail off: -

Thanks, unfortunately we require our phone voice mail on so we don’t miss any client calls. It would seem that lebara ring time can’t be extended as they don’t offer a solution and appear to stay quiet about it

I’ve tried that string of letters many times (also with 10 instead of 11) and it says the change has been successful but it hasn’t. Still got only 15 seconds. I have chatted online with 3 agents and spoken to 2 agents. They all ignore what I tell them and send me the same string of letters to input. Very fed up with the lack of help.

Have tried many multiple times using both the "10" and "11" variants to increase from 15 - 30 sec. Always get message that this was registered, but on checking with *#61#, it still states 15 sec. Hubby had similar problems and eventually succeeded after about 3 months. This is pretty ridiculous as it seems a very common issue and Lebara service advisor should be able to sort.
                  Any other ideas, please?
                  TIA

Chris250 thank you, that worked for my Android phone.
If you want to check how long the ring before voicemail is set to, dial *#61#
Mine was set to default of 15 seconds and is now set to the maximum of 30 seconds

To anyone with a newish iPhone (16 onwards) I tried all the codes to extend my no reply to voicemail. Nothing worked. Googled it and AI said to toggle off Live Voicemail in Settings - Phone. It’s a new feature which blocks user attempt to change ring length. Worked instantly.
