My number has been moved over to lebara but I can’t make calls!

My number moved from o2 last week and I now cannot make any calls out! I have tried the useless chat team and used another phone to call customer services who were absolutely useless and I desperately need help please!

What you check account for allowances.
What numbers were you trying to phone local or international etc.
Have you tried in another phone.

Same is happening to me . Did you get sorted eventually ?
