Isle of Man

I have family on the Isle of Man - I regularly visit but have found there appears to be no way to use my phone (without Wi-Fi). I can't ring or text any Manx numbers from the UK or use it when I am there. Even buying an international bolt on does not resolve this. Has anyone found a way around it - thanks

Isle of man is not part of your allowance you need to top up or buy addon.
Its not covered by roaming most networks treat isle of man like this.
